When should I bring an electrician into a new home build?
As early as the plans are readable. Walking the layout before framing is when panel location, circuit count, exterior and landscape power, shop and garage loads, EV charging, and lighting design are cheap to get right. After drywall they are expensive. 93 Electric will go over the plans with you or your builder before the bid is final.
What does 93 Electric handle on a new home?
The whole electrical package — temporary power, the service and meter, underground or overhead feed, panel and sub-panels, full rough-in, low-voltage and smart-home infrastructure, then trim-out: devices, fixtures, controls, and the final inspection. One electrician from the trench to the last switch plate.
How big should the panel be on a new Montana home?
